Butchery A serious, reputable craftsman in a beautiful store with well-stocked, appetizing display cases. The pies, sausages and terrines are of the highest quality. Meat, poultry and charcuterie are accompanied by a wide range of preparations, from classic hors d'oeuvres (museau, champignons à la grecque, cervelas salad...), varied starters (taboulé, bouchée à la reine, quiche) and Lyonnais specialties (quenelle, saucisson en brioche, gâteau de foies de volailles...) to desserts (crème caramel, tarte chocolat...).
