Show or local animals, bought on the hoof, blondes d'Aquitaine, veal under the mother's milk... preparations of chicken paupiettes from the islands or lamb pearls could have been recommended as a Sunday meal by the good King Henri instead of the poule au pot. David Terrade also offers locally-grown fruit and vegetables, as well as a selection of cheeses.
