Butchery David Terrade, a member of the "Mon boucher est un artiste" club (and 3rd in the national competition), continues his high-quality work. Show or local animals, bought on the hoof, blondes d'Aquitaine, veal under the mother's milk... preparations of chicken paupiettes from the islands or lamb pearls could have been recommended as a Sunday meal by the good King Henri instead of the poule au pot. David Terrade also offers locally-grown fruit and vegetables, as well as a selection of cheeses.
