At the flagship store in Schweighouse, a vast selection caters to a large and loyal local clientele: all house-made products are of the highest quality—sausages, ham, knacks, and cervelas, as well as meat from select sources (Limousin lamb, poultry from Alsace or the Landes region…) and a full range of charcuterie pastries and prepared dishes (pies, pâté en croûte, vol-au-vent, blanquette, kidneys, meat rolls, sauerkraut…), as well as a weekly menu featuring daily specials.
