François-Régis Ducoulombier is an accomplished entrepreneur. The company has been in existence since 1963, and is part of a project to merge artisan cheese-makers and wine producers on Rue des Écoliers, with a careful choice of livestock (pigs raised on straw, Label Rouge poultry...) and the application of serious artisan know-how. The team is highly motivated and committed to both production and sales.
