This year, Benoît Vatelier inaugurated Bouche Bée, dedicated to chic snacking for the hungry at any time of day, and especially at lunchtime, with quality takeaways: a wide variety of sandwiches ("Alaska" with salmon gravlax and Greek yogurt sauce, very good, "Lucien" with goat's cheese and ham...), a beautiful quiche, a Caesar salad, a croque (grilled cheese) with Fourme d'Ambert cheese... Everything is well presented and appetizing, and the young service is friendly.
