Bakery An essential new bakery at the top of the Grande Côte. Organic, naturally leavened bread made from flours selected by Mayé, the biologist-turned-baker, and her all-female team. The place is very welcoming, and the breads are real treats that do you good: wholemeal, oat, khorasan and rye, or the simple "pain singulier", i.e. country bread.
