Gault&Millau's review

Brewer Founded in 1882, the Artzner family's Perle brewery rose from the ashes in 2009 after closing in 1971. Taken over by the founder's ancestor, he brought tradition up to date, using the same recipes as before. In addition to the IPA and "Perle dans les vignes", a blend of hops and grapes, the classic Perle is in the tradition of Alsatian Pilsners. The use of Alsatian Strisselspalt hops is de rigueur.
