Bernard Dufoux (who trained at Bernachon) has been established in La Clayette for sixty years and, from one generation to the next, has built on its heritage and expertise. Numerous specialties have been created over the decades, and the company now offers over a hundred different chocolates. A 1,200 m2 workshop has been set up in Charolles, and other stores have opened in Chalon, Mâcon, Dijon, Lyon, Paray-le-Monial...
