Benoît Vatelier is also an excellent baker, whose reputation has spread as far as Rouen, some fifteen kilometers from here. Champion of France for the best brioche and champion in sweet delicacies, with wedding cakes, divine fruit tarts and a few specialties, such as the "Mojito" tart. But the artisan, who has no intention of stopping there, has just opened a new showcase of sweet treats in the heart of Rouen's city center, in the pedestrian Rue des Carmes. The people of Rouen can now enjoy Maison Vatelier's viennoiseries and pastries, without moderation.
