Pastry Benoît Vatelier is also an excellent baker, whose reputation has spread as far as Rouen, some fifteen kilometers from here. Champion of France for the best brioche and champion in sweet delicacies, with wedding cakes, divine fruit tarts and a few specialties, such as the "Mojito" tart.
