Confectionery If you're not familiar with Cotignac d'Orléans, this is the place to come to taste this centuries-old delicacy, whose origins date back to Antiquity. In a nutshell, it's a cross between quince paste and jelly. Presented in a small, round box made from spruce chips, the Cotignac taster's ritual involves cutting off a piece of the lid to make a spoon and dipping it into the softness... mmh!
