A lifelong chocolate enthusiast, she shares this love with her children and now with the public, thanks to this boutique-workshop. Located in the oldest store in Chevreuse, with its listed beams and facade, Baracao is an enchanting place. Let your personality choose your chocolate... Do you like dark? Equilibre, Harmonie, Optimisme or Passion are for you. Prefer milk? Explore Détente, Joie or Délicatesse. Each bite reveals an exceptional, preservative-free chocolate, sourced from short circuits and committed cooperatives in Cameroon, the African archipelago of Sao Tomé or Ecuador. It makes all the difference! Customers can't get enough of this unique chocolate, available in boxes, bars and delicacies such as marshmallow bears and rochers with subtle Butler hazelnuts. Blandine also organizes discovery workshops for adults and children.
