Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory A talented pastry chef and son of Chef Gilles Goujon of the Auberge du Vieux Puits, Axel has opened his own shop entirely dedicated to chocolate—a craft he mastered under two masters of the trade: Patrick Roger, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, in Sceaux (92), and Olivier Bajard, a world champion in desserts based in Perpignan. His first creations are devilishly tempting, such as this chocolate bar filled with dulce de leche or pecan praline, or this “mendiant” bar. The marbled cake and the lemon cake, along with the fruit jellies and spreads, are just a few more reasons to pop into this chocolate paradise.
