Found all over France, the Merveilleux are here in their place of origin, in the beating heart of Old Lille. A deliciously creamy cake on a meringue base, invented long before the pavlova became popular, some thirty years ago. The shop is superb, the flavors are numerous, and the result is delicious and a hit with countless visitors.
