Wine merchant
A well-known name in Troyes, it also has its own boutique at the Halles to round off the day's shopping with a good bottle. A selection of wines from all regions, with an emphasis on value for money, with some nice keels at around €10, and little nuggets like Thierry Navarre's vin d'œillades (a forgotten grape close to cinsault) from Languedoc, but also some interesting bargains from Burgundy.
