Bakery
Ideally located in the heart of Honfleur's historic center, the establishment run by Loïc and Christelle aims to be not just a traditional bakery, but also an innovative laboratory, a gourmet place to surprise and amaze. To achieve this, a very "seasoned" and inspired pastry chef, Philippe, and a young baker, Maximilien, best apprentice in Europe in 2011, and perhaps future best worker in France, who assists Loïc, are always full of ideas and energy.
