A beautiful store, with quality craftsmanship and "bean to bar" credentials, and Mehdi and Lisa's good taste in both production and presentation. A wide variety of ganaches and pralines, good assortments, a wide choice of original chocolate bars, and a few specialties, like the "palets des papes", a fondant gianduja and shortbread cookie.
