Located in one of France’s most important ports, this fish market guarantees a substantial supply and a good selection of what the Cotentin has to offer, in terms of both fish and shellfish. On the shelves that day: blue lobster from the Cotentin, salmon from Cherbourg, and flounder; moussette from Pirou and oysters from Saint-Vaast; scallops… As well as house-made accompaniments and delicatessen items: mayonnaise, crab salad, marinated anchovies, and smoked salmon.
