Gabrielle Sempastous took over the unmissable house on the allées des Coustous in June 2015 to maintain the gourmet tradition. The famous berlingots are the color of the fruit they're made from: orange, lemon, caramel, kiwi and cotton candy... and retain the fragrant note that sticks pleasantly to the palate. In the morning, a preparation demonstration is open to the public. Another speciality, the Bédat log, a nougatine fillet coated with dark chocolate... A successful transmission.
