Bakery Serge Combarieu is a passionate baker. This native Gascon, who now lives in Bordeaux, bakes his "Gascon bread" on sourdough over a wood fire, in an oven built in 1765. This thick-crusted bread retains all its aromas inside and keeps for several days. The gestures are sure, precise and faithful to a tradition that dates back to Antiquity.
