Chocolate factory The Negus, an honorary title attributed to the ruler of Ethiopia, gave his name to a candy that became famous, its creation coinciding with the visit of the aforementioned to Nevers. This soft caramel coated in chocolate and a crunchy sugar shell has travelled from mouth to mouth since 1902. Nowadays, it's less popular than other sweets saturated with color and additives... but it's still famous, thanks to this house, which is now the only one to make it.
