Small country corners are full of hidden treasures, like this former 19th-century mill, transformed by Vincent and his wife into a 100% organic bakery. Very attentive to the environment, Vincent built his own wood-fired oven and buys no processed products. He works with local producers and charges very affordable prices for organic bread. Sales on site, at markets and by delivery.
