The undisputed master of poultry in Brest, Golden Pheasant has been an institution since 1973, offering the best of the genre on its shelves. There are as many varieties as there are qualities, Bresse poultry of course, as well as guinea fowl, quail, duck, pigeon... Poultry-based dishes are not to be outdone, with duck foie gras from the Landes or duck parmentier. A few local products complete the picture, such as andouille de Dinan.
