Wine merchant Dominique, Julie and Mathieu Valade offer a well-chosen range of wines and around 150 champagnes. Champagnes are sold at producer prices in 6-bottle cases. Discovering the different aromas, moving from the palate to the bubbles and getting an "education" is possible here thanks to simple, effective formulas: presentation of champagnes on sensory frames, tasting of 2 to 3 flutes per person to differentiate the different grape varieties; snacking accompaniment of regional products and a wide choice of by-products at the Maison des Champard'ises.
