Wine merchant
After initial experience as a sommelier with some of the world's greatest names (Michel Roux and Gordon Ramsay among them), Thierry opened his own cellar in the village center some fifteen years ago. Focusing primarily on wines, Thierry's selections approach the beverage with eclecticism and expertise, exploring both French and international vineyards. There are also a few references for strong spirits. Tastings are organized on a regular basis.
