Trained at the Ferrandi school, young Quentin Rambaud starts out with a solid background and good ideas. Set to open in 2021, the young pastry chef has made a name for himself in the city center, with his pretty boutique on Rue Froide, sleek and engaging. Here, you'll find well-interpreted classics, as well as creations that pay homage to the city, such as the cobblestones on rue Froide.
