Chocolate factory Atelier C, for Atelier Christophe. The grandson of a line of chocolatiers, Christophe Berthelot-Sampic has taken up the trade like a professional cruncher. First apprentice in France in 1983, awarded a prize by the City of Paris in 1985, Christophe Berthelot-Sampic holds records for cocoa carving and moves easily from art to gastronomy. C for chocolate, too, with the desire to share sensations: training workshops, sale of tools for preparation and selection, chocolate bar and cocoa museum.
