Bakery Established two years ago, Arnaud Busserolles and his wife Céline's bakery is collecting medals and customers, who keep coming back for their viennoiseries, especially croissants, but also their galettes, which have won awards every year since the bakery opened. Creative and committed, they pride themselves on 100% in-house production, right down to the flour, made in the Bourseau flour mill, and a creativity that never fails them, recomposing the classics of the genre with new tastes, like the mandarin-yuzu éclair. The breads are not to be outdone: sourdough, petit épeautre, an anthology organic ball, or wholemeal.
