Chocolate factory Pommard is not just the place to taste prestigious wines. Michel and Béatrice Dessolins were keen to combine the aromas and wines with cocoa, which Michel works with great skill. This craftsman, a pastry chef for 22 years, now devotes his time to the precious bean. Tablets based on grands crus, ganaches with strong flavors (coffee, organic Morvan honey and saffron or blackcurrant), crunchy pralines or, with a nod to the vineyards: mirabelle plum or pear-raspberry liqueur chocolates (but no Pommard!).
