Chocolate factory The company celebrated its twentieth anniversary in November 2013. Founded by a Franco-Belgian couple at the time, the business was taken over in 2010 by Eric Oger, who has of course retained all the (excellent) habits and manufacturing methods of his predecessors, while adding his own personal touch. The chocolate factory is open to visitors free of charge, giving them the opportunity to see Ronan Lagadec, the master chocolatier, at work and, of course, to do a little shopping. Ganaches with Espelette chilli (a local must!), daring liquorice ganaches or more consensual salted butter caramel ganaches stand out for their balance of flavours.
