Chocolate factory
A family business for sixty years, with Michel Antoni now in charge of the laboratory, his brother in management and his sister-in-law in the store. The range of products is extensive: pralines, truffles, rochers, candied orange peel, Christmas and Easter characters, chocolate sausage (Schokoladenwurst)... Not forgetting chocolate bars and ingredients for pastry-making. The house specialty, red in its red packaging, is the famous "Morello cherry with chocolate and Alsace kirsch", for which the company is renowned. Seriousness, know-how, respect for the product and the customer are the watchwords of the Antoni chocolate factory. A company made up of men and women who are passionate about their craft, and who have an influence beyond the borders of Alsace.
