Roaster
At his coffee bar, Anbassa offers a wide variety of specialty coffees, ranging from rare varieties like Ethiopia’s “Sidama Bombe Anaerobic” to more classic and affordable coffees from Peru, India, Brazil, and elsewhere… As soon as you walk in, everything is in plain view, and the roaster is on hand to chat with customers and “explain that coffee is like wine. There’s everyday coffee, and then there’s coffee for special occasions…” There’s another location in Pantin.
