Established in 2023 in the heart of the arrondissement, Marvin Brandao has the CV to back him up, having worked at Georges Blanc, K2, Shangri-La and George V, among others. Backed by his palace experience, the young pastry chef has a wealth of training and ideas, which he puts to good use in a range that combines classics and creations. Discover the apis mellifera with honey, the beautiful vanilla flan, the paris-lyon, the XL tiramisù or the Sicilian citrus tartlet. The breads are also of a high standard.
