Chocolate factory Next door to Saint-Pierre church, Allex has it both ways: chocolate (pretty, well-arranged boxes) and patisserie, with obvious savoir-faire. Finely crafted cakes in large formats, perfect for family celebrations, such as Parfait chocolat noisette or Duc de Bourgogne amandes chocolat praliné, or the delicious Sphinx cookie amande ganache chocolat poudre cacao. We also offer savory products, such as our homemade pâté en croûte.
