In the village of Courgis, Alice and Olivier de Moor produce wines with the deepest respect for nature. With 10 hectares certified organic since 2008, the vines are gently nurtured to deliver ripe grapes. Their wines are vibrant and full of energy! In addition to their superb Chablis wines, they also produce mouth-watering Aligotés, Saint-Bris and Chitrys.
