Butchery
The famous wagyu beef takes pride of place in this small grocery store, which Carlos Gutierrez himself describes as a "showroom". Tastings are organized by reservation, once or twice a month, and allow you to discover different cuts of the animal (for eight, €120/person). Sausage, chorizo, beef ham... the beast is omnipresent. To accompany it, Spanish cheeses and wood-fired bell pepper preserves. All products are distinguished by their finesse and quality.
