Butchery The famous wagyu beef takes pride of place in this small grocery store, which Carlos Gutierrez himself describes as a veritable "showroom". Tastings are organized on reservation, 1 or 2 times a month, and allow you to discover different cuts of the animal (8 pers. and 120€/pers.). Sausage, chorizo, beef ham, the beast is omnipresent. To accompany it, Spanish cheeses and preserved peppers cooked over a wood fire... all the products are distinguished by their finesse and quality.
