Fresh, crisp flaxseed cheese: "Belval Nature", "L'Enclos de Belval" with its creamy texture, "Belval Bière" with hop flowers and "Floral de Belval", matured with dried flowers. The cheese dairy has been in existence since 1893, providing a livelihood for the community, whose products can be found at several other sales outlets. This remains the most attractive.
