Breeding
Here's an address we've all been dreaming of, and one that has few equals on the island! Breeders and producers, the Borragini family only work with products they know inside out. The pigs are raised on their own land, in the open air, and spend autumn and winter feeding on acorns and local chestnuts, before being transformed in the workshop into dry sausage, coppa, lonzu, figatellu, prizuttu and panzetta, which are then matured in the old-fashioned way.
