The Vouette & Sorbée estate is located in the town of Buxières-sur-Arce and managed by Bertrand Gautherot. Planted in Upper Jurassic Champagne soils, the 5 hectares of vineyards have an average vine age of 35 years. The grape variety, currently dominated by Pinot Noir, is slowly increasing to more Chardonnay. The estate has been certified organic and Demeter biodynamic since 1998. Highly sought after, the estate does not sell wines directly to visitors at the domain.
