Florian and Clément Berthier, representing the 5th generation, have been managing the family estate together since 2012. Florian looks after the vines, while Clément is responsible for vinification and marketing. They cultivate vines in the Centre-Val de Loire appellations of Menetou-Salon, Sancerre and Coteaux du Giennois. In 2023, the 24-hectare estate will be certified organic.
