A blend half of Meunier supplemented with 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, this cuvée has a dosage of 20 g / l. The pretty “fanée” faded pink colour precedes a thirst-quenching and gourmet palate, with chalky textures. A lovely dessert champagne to offer with an assortment of red fruits.
