This family business, founded in 1905 in Cramant, is now run by Aurélien Suenen, representing the fourth generation. The vineyard estate comprises 3 hectares of Côte des Blancs Grands Crus, plus 2 hectares on the Saint-Thierry massif. As part of his ongoing quest for perfection, Aurélien has decided that from 2013 onwards, his entire vineyard will be ploughed, and that herbicides will no longer be used, as has historically been the case for his Côte des Blancs plots.
