The nose transports us to a lovely, complex, and well-defined bouquet: mango, dried apricot, candied clementine, chili pepper, and tomato essence. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced, full-bodied, and robust, with elegant yellow fruit and mineral and floral notes that create a silky, delicate profile. It finishes with a lovely spiciness, like a light dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.
