Sainte Joie
Noémie Meyer Ferré and her husband Gilles Meyer created the Sainte-Joie estate in 2022 after a smooth handover from Claudine and Hubert Meyer. Located at the foot of the Haut Koenigsbourg château, they cultivate around 32 hectares of certified organic and biodynamic vines. Their winery is located in Bergheim, and since 2025, the estate has been welcoming visitors to Colmar to discover their wines with seasonal dishes. The space can also be privatized. The couple also produce champagne, with a premier cuvée from premier cru terroirs.
