This numbered cuvée was produced in an exclusive run of 641 bottles from the 2016 harvest of a single selected parcel of Chardonnay in the Aÿ Grand Cru, vinified entirely in oak barrels. The bubbles are very present on the palate! The nose is marked by a patina, country flowers in potpourri and malaga grapes. The palate is very round and salivating, making this cuvée a perfect match for a dish of quail casserole with raisins.
