Already tasted last year, this vintage has changed very little: it retains its elegant vinosity of white flowers and wax. The chalkiness seems more present and the greediness leaves more room for salivating, deliciously invigorating freshness. Remarkable length and persistence.

Pol Couronne
The house, founded by Pol Auguste Couronne, has been making confidential champagnes since 1887. Jean-Baptiste Prevost inherited the family business in 2013. The estate sells 50,000 bottles a year and offers six cuvées for sale, to which was recently added a new cuvée, "L'Envol Bleu", in collaboration with the Reims artist Iemza. Numerous wine tourism services are offered at the estate, including tastings, masterclasses and sabrage workshops.
