Gault&Millau's review
This family-run business, located on the Côte des Bar, owns a 17-hectare vineyard around the village of Loches-sur-Ource. Committed to a "lutte raisonnée" approach and concerned with biodiversity, it has installed beehives on certain plots. A gîte in the village of Gevrolles, at the gateway to Burgundy, is available for wine tours.
