A pure, saline, mineral Chardonnay that's beginning to develop beautiful evolutionary notes on the nose (beeswax, plum alcohol) and takes on a spicy character on the palate with hints of mace and cardamom. The freshness is inviting and the length is there. Try with pan-fried porcini mushrooms in cream sauce. Excellent value for money and pleasure.
