Winegrowers for 5 generations, the Péhu-Guiardel family owns vineyards in three Champagne villages: Rilly-la-Montagne, Verzenay and Les Riceys in the Côte des Bar region. In the cellar, located in the Aube region, the wines are kept for four years on laths before being sold, giving them time to mellow and acquire, through ageing, more complex aromas than in their youth.
