With its brilliant golden color, lemon-yellow highlights and full, integrated effervescence, this cuvée exhales a nose of white and dried fruits, punctuated by granny smith apple and yellow lemon. Full-bodied and vinous on the palate, with lively zesty notes. An energetic finish. Serve as an aperitif or with red tuna tatare.

The house was founded in 1825 by the Prieur family, who also owned Champagne Goerg. The Napoléon brand was registered in 1907. This family-run business produces around 50,000 bottles a year. It has an oenotheque that enables the purchase of old vintages (1992, 1996 and 1998).
