Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Founded in 1734, in an era of mixed farming, the estate not only cultivated vines, but also wheat, citron and olive trees. In Patrimonio, he was one of the first to bottle wine and offer tastings in his cellar. Marie-Françoise Devichi, the sixth generation, arrived in 2002 to help her father, and took over management in 2012, looking after 40 ha of HVE3-certified vines.
